"Never ask a question you can answer." I sat there. 10 a.m. Drinking my coffee and reading poetry. Surrounded by papers, books, post-its, and highlighters. My kitten biting at my toes. I had no clue what I was reading. I read the words on by one. But they were just words without meaning. Rather than practice interpreting the meaning of the poem, they were just flushed out of my head as soon as they entered. And not I sat there ashamed of the time I let go to waste. Do I reread? Or do I wait for someone else to come along and read the words for me? I am lost.

Sooooo...The new school semester has started and so has my procrastination.
Actually, I am rather pleased with myself. I lost sight of this site(ha) after the spring semester ended. I wasn't sure if I would use it again. It is a rather useful tool to lose. I recently started updating my website to reflect my online portfolio of my Writing Arts courses at Rowan University. Since I am currently enrolled in Portfolio Seminar, I thought this would be a great way to organize all of my work in a professional manner. Cheers to a new school year. -Swizzle |
